Buyer Services

Spokane Valley Agents

As your Buyer’s Agents, we dedicate ourselves to finding you the home of your dreams, negotiating the best price possible, and making sure the transaction is as rewarding for you as it should be.

We’re licensed in Idaho and Washington, so we do a thorough search of all the outlying areas to find you the perfect Inland Northwest property, whether it’s waterfront in Newman Lake, acreage in Veradale, or a vintage home on South Hill. As agents we have access to not only the MLS, but also to a vast network of FSBO’s, pocket listings, expired listings, and more.

Some of what we do...

  • Initial discussion to determine your wants and needs
  • Offer a list of qualified lenders in the area for you to determine price range
  • Create an initial search to view inventory that matches your criteria
  • Schedule any showings immediately for any properties worth considering
  • Create auto-email hot sheet to send new property matches to both of us
  • Upon finding the perfect home, write a successful offer to purchase
  • Successfully negotiate that offer on your behalf and in your best interest
  • Suggest qualified home inspectors through our network of reliable contacts
  • Facilitate an easy close through constant communication with all parties
  • Join you at the closing table to represent your best interests
  • Follow up regularly and anticipate any issues that may arise
  • Stay in contact. We want your referrals and repeat business!
Active & Involved

We take your home search as seriously as you do which means we make it a priority. If your home search is lacking in any way it means that you are not fully researching all the possibilities out there. Not only do we create custom auto alerts for both you and us, we create client portals that allow you to sign in and keep track of listings you've been sent. As far as search criteria, as your agents it's our job to think outside the box which could be searching FSBOs on craigslist, calling expired listings or reaching out to fellow agents in search of "pocket listings".
