We take your home search as seriously as you do which means we make it a priority. If your home search is lacking in any way it means that you are not fully researching all the possibilities out there. Not only do we create custom auto alerts for both you and us, we create client portals that allow you to sign in and keep track of listings you've been sent. As far as search criteria, as your agents it's our job to think outside the box which could be searching FSBOs on craigslist, calling expired listings or reaching out to fellow agents in search of "pocket listings".
